We take customer privacy very seriously.
We do not collect personal information from users in our applications. The only exception is that you can contact by e-mail our support service on the site www.vamrad.com We do not show ads in our apps, do not store or use the precise location and we never share email addresses and other data to a third party users. Your passwords are encrypted on the server and can not be retrieved, decrypted and read. We do not share your personal information with other companies. We do not allow advertisers to collect data through our service for targeting.
What information we process.
We use technology such as cookies (small files stored in your browser) to save the language setting and/or for quick entry into your account on the site www.vamrad.com, unique device identifiers, anonymously identifies your computer or device, so that we can provide you with relevant information and/or improve the quality of our services. Our systems also register information such as your browser version, operating system, the IP -address, date and time of access to our services. For access to some sections of the site, you may be required to register. During registration www.vamrad.com site you have to provide your email address to create an account. For access to certain restricted sections of the Site you may be required to provide your personal information in your account, such as an nickname, date of birth, gender, telephone number. These data are required for fast contact with you if you will participate on a voluntary basis in the development or testing of projects and/or other creative activities on the site. By providing your details online on site www.vamrad.com you consent to the use, processing and storage of your personal data according to the Law of Ukraine "On protection of personal data." We deliberately do not contact and do not collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18 years. We take steps to protect personal information.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, data integrity can not be guaranteed in the case of hackers or human error. Your consent is not required for disclosure in these cases, but we will notify you within the limits permitted by law. You can contact us to check if we store your personal data. You can delete your account on the site in your account settings, all your personal data will be deleted immediately and access to closed sections of the site for you will be impossible.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Our mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years old. If a user is identified as under 13 years old, we will not collect or use any information of this user and we will delete any information already received in a secure manner.
